The PRE-CALCULATION CLASS NOTES are intended to serve as a guide for both teachers and students. students in the development of the PRE-CALCULUS course of the first semester. It also seeks to clarify the doubts that may be presented to the students in said course. This text provides the mathematical bases necessary to carry out a first course of DIFFERENTIAL CALCULATION. Hence, it is limited to the development of the basic elements of the sets, especially its operational algebra, the intuitive presentation of the fundamental properties of real numbers and the algebraic handling of inequalities. In the same way, it presents the study of the Cartesian plane and the Cartesian product of sets with their respective properties. Appearance basic for the development of the concept of function, from which the studies of the most important as are the polynomial functions, the rational ones, the exponential and its inverse the function logarithmic, ending with the trigonometric functions.
